We quote our terms of business once we have seen the home and assessed what marketing and service is required. The market appraisal is a free service we offer
Agents will need their terms and conditions signed before marketing commences. I.D. will be required to be seen as proof of identity. Photography and a brochure will need to be created and signed off by an owner. Our ‘Coming Soon’ marketing strategy means that we are not waiting for brochures and images. There is a special page created on our website as part of this promotion
We offer a no sale no fee service which includes photography. Sometimes an owner will want a special promotion or executive hard back brochure, which we feel is not really necessary. The only cost would be an Energy Performance Certificate. If you can’t arrange this yourself then we will put you in contact with a reputable local provider
